Introduction
MD3LAX is a film review and private training brand for female lacrosse players. Founded by Mckenna Davis, former Boston College standout and current Assistant Coach at Notre Dame, MD3LAX gives female players access to D1-level coaching and game film breakdowns from anywhere in the country.
Challenge
When Mckenna came to us, MD3LAX didn't exist. She had the name, the coaching chops, and a growing audience of female players who wanted to train with her. She didn't have a brand, a website, an email list, or any way to actually take their money and deliver the service. We had to build everything from the ground up, and it had to work without Mckenna managing it day to day. She was coaching full time. The systems needed to run themselves.

Solution 1 - HubSpot's CRM & CMS
We built everything on HubSpot. Website, contact database, email marketing, landing pages, one roof. Mckenna was on the field full time, so the system had to run without her babysitting it. Every form submission, signup, and inquiry fed straight into her CRM automatically.

Solution 2 - Stripe + Google Calendar + Google Meet
Film review sessions needed a booking and payment flow that didn't require Mckenna to chase invoices. We wired Stripe into HubSpot for payments, then connected Google Calendar and Meet so every paid session auto-generated a calendar invite with a video link. Player pays, session books itself.

Solution 3 - Instagram Tracking & Email Marketing
Mckenna already had a growing Instagram audience. We didn't need to create content for her. We needed to capture it. We built a tracking system that mapped the full path: which Instagram followers visited the site, which pages they hit, and who actually converted by joining the waitlist or registering for an event. Email captured and nurtured. Her list went from zero to 1,300 subscribers in 5 months, and 250+ people joined the waitlist in the week before launch.
