Snipers Lacrosse
Snipers Lacrosse, by Tony Lowe, is Florida's longest-running travel lacrosse club, founded in 2009. In the years we worked together, Snipers doubled its teams, moved to tryouts every season, added a second Florida location, and launched a national program.
What is Snipers.
Snipers Lacrosse is a competitive travel club in South Florida, built for players who want more than games: structured training, tournament competition, and long-term development. Tony Lowe founded it in 2009, and it's now Florida's longest-running travel lacrosse program, with locations in South Florida and Tampa.
Tony was a standout at Ward Melville and then Lehigh, where he led all NCAA Division I players with 43 goals his senior year and finished with 101 career goals. He also runs Tony Lowe Lacrosse, his private training, camps, and clinics brand, and the Tony Lowe Method training app.
How Snipers develops travel lacrosse players.
Snipers is built for players ready to commit to a full travel season, with clear expectations and reps that count. Camps and clinics run separately through Tony Lowe Lacrosse. Training focuses on four things:
Stick skills under pressure. Catching, throwing, and shooting at game speed.
Lacrosse IQ. Reads and decision-making that carry over to high school and varsity lacrosse.
Position-specific fundamentals. Work built around each player's position and role on the field.
Team concepts. Team offense and defense, so players can fit into a system and still win their own matchup.
Tryouts and a season with Snipers.
Every season starts with tryouts for U8 through U14 travel teams. South Florida teams train at the club's fields in Delray Beach and Boca Raton, with a second location in Tampa. Teams then travel to regional tournaments across Florida, from West Palm Beach to Orlando. For the most advanced players, Snipers National adds a national schedule on top, with no conflict with their local club.
From 3 teams to 6.
From 2 tryouts a year to 4. When we started, Snipers held two tryouts a year. It moved to one every season, so families could join when the timing worked for them instead of waiting months for the next window.
From 3 teams to 6. More tryouts meant more players, and Snipers doubled its roster of teams.
A second Florida location. Snipers expanded beyond its South Florida home base with Snipers Tampa.
Snipers National. After 17 years leading club lacrosse in South Florida, Snipers launched a national program for elite players in graduation years 2031 through 2035. Players are picked directly onto national teams, keep training with their local club, and compete at three premier events in 2027. See Snipers National.
What we ran.
We were Snipers' marketing partner through that growth, alongside our work on the Tony Lowe Method.
Event marketing. Every tryout and tournament push, which mattered more once tryouts went from twice a year to every season.
Team communication. Keeping players and parents across every team informed on schedules, tryouts, and travel.
Website design and maintenance. The Snipers site, kept current as teams, locations, and Snipers National came online.
Circle community. We built out and managed the Snipers community on Circle, so families had one place to stay connected.
