The Tony Lowe Method
The Tony Lowe Method, from Tony Lowe Lacrosse, is an online training app for youth lacrosse players, built on Tony Lowe's 20+ years of coaching. We took 400+ raw videos and turned them into an organized library, a training community, and a subscription business.
What is the Tony Lowe Method.
The Tony Lowe Method is an online training platform for driven youth players: instructional videos, step-by-step regimens, and lacrosse IQ lessons covering grip, footwork, technique, and game situations. Every drill is demonstrated by a youth player, so kids see the movement at their own level and can copy it.
Tony led all of NCAA Division I with 43 goals his senior year at Lehigh, then founded Tony Lowe Lacrosse and Snipers Lacrosse. Michigan attackman Ryan Cohen, a 2025 Tewaaraton Watch List player with a 51-game point streak, is a graduate of the program. Tony Lowe Lacrosse alumni now play at 35+ college programs across Division I and Division III, including Harvard, Cornell, North Carolina, Virginia, Penn, Syracuse, and MIT.
What's inside the Tony Lowe Method app.
The Elite plan. The full library: on-demand training videos plus three 10-Day Training Series for attack, midfield, and defense, adding up to 400+ position-specific drills, workout regimens, and lacrosse IQ lessons. It's built for players ready to push past the fundamentals.
The Essential plan. A beginner fundamentals course of 30 on-demand videos, with drills, reps, and guided practice. Players who move up to Elite keep their Essential videos.
10-Day position programs. Standalone regimens for attack, midfield, and defense, built to use before a big tournament, showcase, or tryout. They're the easiest way in for a family that isn't ready to subscribe.
Webinars. Live sessions on the topics families ask about most, like reclassing with Boys' Latin head coach Brian Farrell and navigating social media and highlight videos with Yosef Ngowe.
Practice plans for coaches. Custom practice plans for U8, U10, U12, and U14 teams, so club and rec coaches can run Tony's drills with a whole roster.
Online lacrosse training at home.
It's built for youth lacrosse players who want to train at home between practices, and for parents who want that time to have a plan. A parent in Boise, Idaho put it simply: his son went from just taking shots to following Tony's drills, and had his best tournament weekend yet.
What we built.
400+ raw videos into one library. Tony had years of drill footage and no system for it. We took 400+ raw videos and organized them into a Vimeo repository, sorted by skill and position so every clip has a home.
A training community on Circle. We built the Tony Lowe Method app on Circle: the video library, step-by-step programs, webinars with guests like Boys' Latin head coach Brian Farrell, and a community feed where members train together.
A subscription business. Two plans, Elite for the full library and Essential for beginner fundamentals, plus one-off 10-Day programs for attack, midfield, and defense that work as a low-commitment way in. The community has grown past 200 members.
An ecosystem around it. The app sits alongside Tony's camps (Delray Beach, Pittsburgh, and Northern Virginia), clinics, private training, and custom practice plans for coaches, so a family that meets Tony at camp has somewhere to keep training at home.
